ARTISTIX Fashion Rocks Kia’s Style 360 Runway

“We’re so proud of our new collection,” said the brand’s Creative Director, Andy Hilfiger. “Our goal is to merge art, fashion, and music, and with this show, we did just that.”

Andy Hilfiger presented ARTISTIX by Greg Polisseni on Monday, September 11th, at 7pm at the Metropolitan West, produced by Kia’s Style 360. The collection, titled Evolution, included 34 original looks, including 22 female and 12 male. The collection was based off of Greg Polisseni’s original painting also titled, Evolution.

“I created Evolution because I feel that the world is still evolving,” said Polisseni of his painting and new S/S 2018 collection. “ARTISTIX is all about producing art and clothing to create a more beautiful and vibrant world, and I believe our new Spring and Summer collection will help us accomplish that.”

The show drew a massive crowd, with a packed house of over 350 people, the front row included celebrities such as Tommy Hilfiger, Ally Hilfiger, Marky Ramone, DJ Cassidy, Fat Boy SSE, Jerry Wonda of Fugees fame, Bryan Bautista, and more.

The general feel of the collection is beachwear chic featuring bikinis, rompers, skirts and light motto jackets. The collection is set to hit stores nationwide in Spring of 2018. The show was produced by Kia Style 360, while sponsors included Versani Jewelry, Kruzin Footwear, Shoe Dazzle, Retro Super Future, the show was styled by Roger Mckenzie.
