Cabbage Soup Diet Plan

Day One- Fruit:

Eat all of the fruit you want (but not bananas) on the first day and the soup. You may drink unsweetened teas and black coffee, unsweetened cranberry juice, and water.

Day Two-Vegetables:

Eat all the raw or cooked vegetables you want until you can’t eat another bite. Try to eat mostly leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas, and corn. Eat at least one bowl of the soup. At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter but No fruit today.

Day Three-Combination of Day One and Day Two:

Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want but no baked potato.

Day Four-Bananas and Skim Milk:

You may eat as many as eight medium bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you can today, along with your soup. Today is designed to lessen your craving for sweets.

Day Five-Beef and Tomatoes:

You may have from ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes (or a can of tomatoes). Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water today (flushes uric acid). Be sure to eat your soup at least once in a day. You may have broiled or baked, skinless chicken instead of the beef, or broiled fish for only one of the beef days.

Day Six-Beef and Vegetables:

Eat until you can’t eat any more beef and vegetables this day! You can have as many as 2 or 3 steaks if you’d like, with the leafy green vegetables. No Baked Potato and Eat your soup at least once in a day.

Day Seven-Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices, and vegetables:

Again eat until you can eat no more; stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once in a day.

Suggestion: You can buy soup maker at for your cabbage soup. It will help you manage proper temp. while making soup and absolutely it will affect on your test.

Very Important: No bread, alcohol, or carbonated beverages – not even diet soda is permitted for the seven days of the diet.

It will be well worth it when you weigh yourself in seven days.
